How To Report a Repair
If it is a TMO repair, come to the TMO office or call the office on 0207 336 0663 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
You can also email us at tmo@redbrick.org.uk. All requests will be noted and a repair appointment made.
We will advise you if there is a cost involved.
For Islington Council Repairs including heating and intercom, call 020 7527 5400 and 0800 694 3344 for Out of Hours service. You need to keep the reference number for jobs reported safe should you need to contact the Council further about the job.
If you notice a disrepair on the estate, please report it. Do not assume someone else will.

Islington Council are only responsible for your building insurance and not the contents.You are responsible for insuring your belongings inside your home.
A typical policy will cover loss and damage to:
Some policies will also cover theft of house keys and the food in your freezer. The council offers a low-cost insurance scheme run by Aviva which is available to Islington Council tenants and leaseholders.
You do not need to have a clear rent account to be accepted on to the scheme.
