We work together to make Redbrick a better place
Small actions that make a big impact on our estate
Participation is the lifeblood of a Tenant Management Organisation. Whether you have five minutes to report a repair or an hour to attend a meeting, there are many ways to contribute to the well-being of our neighbourhood.
Become a Member: Join the TMO for just 10p to gain voting rights and a direct say in estate decisions.
Attend Meetings: Join us every six weeks at the Vibast Centre to stay informed on estate management and general upkeep.
Volunteer Your Skills: Share your expertise in practical areas like gardening, finance, or planning social events.
Estate Improvement: Help with seasonal planting or estate clean-up projects to keep our communal spaces beautiful.
Ready to get involved? If you would like to purchase a share or find out when the next estate clean-up day is, please drop by the TMO office or send an enquiry online.
Ensuring a peaceful and safe environment
To maintain our thriving community, I ask all residents to follow our local estate guidelines.
By looking out for one another, we keep Redbrick a premier place to live in Islington. We can all do our part by focusing on these core areas:
Quiet Hours: Please respect your neighbours by keeping noise levels down during late-night and early-morning hours.
Refuse & Recycling: Ensure all household waste is disposed of correctly using the designated refuse chutes and bin chambers, keeping communal areas hygienic.
Clear Shared Hallways: Keep all staircases, landings, and shared hallways completely clear of personal items to ensure safe escape routes and easy access for everyone.
Need a copy of the full estate guidelines? You can find detailed information on communal living, parking rules, and safety policies inside the [Redbrick Residents’ Handbook].
