How to buy a 10p share, stand for committee elections at the Annual General Meeting, and help shape estate priorities.

How to become a shareholder or join the Committee

A committee of residents, elected by members at our Annual General Meeting, manages the TMO. All residents over 18 are eligible to join,To do so, simply visit the TMO office and purchase a share for 10p. Resident members have voting rights and can help shape priorities for the estate, as well as stand for election to the Board.

Members are also encouraged to stand for election to the Committee. Each year, one-third of the Committee members either stand down or seek re-election. Nomination forms for those wishing to stand for election are available from the TMO Office prior to each Annual General Meeting.

We encourage new residents to get involved and participate in discussions that affect our estate. The Board typically meets once every six weeks, though sub-committees may meet more frequently if urgent matters arise. Please check notice boards and TMO newsletters for upcoming meeting dates or contact the TMO office for more information.
