Data Controller
Redbrick TMO is a “data controller.” This means that the organisation is responsible for deciding how personal information about you is held and used. The TMO is fully registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

- Membership Data: Records of your 10p shareholding and participation in the TMO.

- To perform the management agreement entered into with the London Borough of Islington.
- To coordinate and carry out repairs and maintenance to your home and communal areas.

Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with third parties, including third-party service providers (such as local repair contractors) and the London Borough of Islington.
