Redbrick Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information about you during and after your residency or membership with the TMO, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

Data Controller

Redbrick TMO is a “data controller.” This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you. We are registered with the Data Protection Agency/Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

The Information We Collect About You

  • Membership Data: Records of your 10p shareholding and participation in the TMO.

We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data in the following circumstances:

  • To perform the management agreement we have entered into with the London Borough of Islington.
  • To coordinate and carry out repairs and maintenance to your home and communal areas.
  • To ensure the safety and security of all residents on the estate.
  • To communicate essential estate updates, meeting notices, and safety information.
  • To comply with a legal obligation.

Data Sharing

We may share your data with third parties, including third-party service providers (such as repair contractors) and the London Borough of Islington. We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
